This project was undertaken for first time buyer and involved a small extension and part renovation to the existing Victorian property. Now the kitchen and utility knocked into one and extended  has created this beautiful open plan layout. First floor bathroom and toilet knocked into one and fully refurbished to this contemporary bathroom.
