The existing 1930’s property on this site was due to be fully demolished bar the front façade but due to the unstable existing brickwork and lack of foundation it was instructed to take down and be fully rebuilt into the new design.   This 5 bedroom new build property with 3 bathrooms and open plan kitchen/living area opening out onto a new raised flush patio was contracted to us by an individual client who had purchased the site two years before with intensions of making it their final family home. Job well done within 11 months.
