Fixed Price
We offer a “fixed lump sum” contract for projects estimated, planned, designed, and detailed before the beginning of the building work. This concept is fully transparent and all-inclusive, which eliminates the chance of unplanned costs and makes working with Goliath Construction simple and very straight forward.

Cost Plus
A “cost-plus” basis applies to projects that are likely to change or develop during the building work. This type of contract is the most suitable for remodelling and refurbishing projects whilst it also allows re-designing and upgrading the initial plan if it is at the client’s request. Goliath Construction charges the actual cost of a project, plus an in-advance agreed percentage, which, again, hinders a cost blow out and keeps our prices at a competitive and economical level.
