This standard new build house built in 2006 was transformed by goliath construction to the high specification from the client. A large side and rear extension doubled the foot print of the home allowing an extra large master bedroom with stunning en-suite, new utility and  beautifully open plan kitchen/living space opening onto a levelled Trex composite decking area taking inside/outside living up a notch.   With careful planning and design between the client and us we managed a relatively short programme and high spec finish to allow the client to move back in and enjoy their new home.
