This project involved a full demolition of the existing house and complete new build.

A Short programme of 12 months compounded by the technical structure plan meant a challenging project in terms of design and coordination. The design was undertaken by our architectural partners which ensured successful delivery of the project on programme.

An extremely high end level of finish was demanded by the client and was specified by the architects. New services included underfloor heating, audio visual and telecommunications incorporated into the new building management system.
